What does GSM's 12-month warranty cover?
12 months from the day we hand over your car, covering the engine, the gearbox and the parts tied to them: injectors; turbos; compressors; alternator; catalytic converters; sensors and AdBlue. It doesn't cover normal wear on brakes; discs; tyres; pumps; radiators; hoses; bushings; the starter motor or the battery. If the car breaks down, message us by email or WhatsApp at 636 92 40 68 and GSM takes care of the rest.
🔧 What's covered and what isn't
It covers the engine and the gearbox, along with the parts tied to them: injectors; turbos; compressors; alternator; catalytic converters; sensors and AdBlue. It doesn't cover normal wear, over those 12 months, on the parts that wear down with mileage: brakes; discs; tyres; pumps; radiators; hoses; bushings; the starter motor and the battery. The warranty lasts 12 months from the day of delivery, on any car we sell at our workshop in Vilobí del Penedès. You can also see it in the drawing below.

Where and how the car gets repaired is GSM's call.
Not the customer's.
🚐 What courtesy car do I get while mine is in the workshop?
If the repair takes longer, we lend you a courtesy car at no cost for the first 7 days.
After that week, the terms —whether the car stays free or gets a price— are decided by GSM case by case, depending on the customer and the car: there's no published rate.
The courtesy car's daily insurance is always charged separately, even during the 7 free days: it's never 100% free.
Any fines issued while you have the courtesy car are always the driver's responsibility, never GSM's.
🏢 Do businesses and self-employed buyers get the same warranty?
Yes: the same 12-month warranty, under the same conditions.
There's one exception: the vehicle that is the buyer's working tool doesn't get this 12-month warranty.
For example: delivery, transport, taxi, private hire, driving school or rental.
